Classes
PILATES REFORMER
Challenging moves that engage your core muscles and require coordination, thus enhancing balance, stability, and overall body control. Also provides resistance to build strong muscles and bones.
ZUMBA
A dancing-cardio choreographed fitness class that provides intervals of intensity for fat burning benefits with loads of fun.
BALLET (Adults)
Exercises will be given to enhance coordination, strength, balance, flexibility and stretching the muscles.
Elegant moves while improving health and well-being.
No prior dance experience necessary to join!
BALLET (Kids)
Enhancing coordination, balance and flexibility with the basic ballet positions, steps, and terminology. Kids will enjoy simple and fun exercises in creative dance and music exploration.
FITBARRE
Cardio and sculpting class inspired by Pilates and ballet, with lightweights and barre work for toning and strengthening.
YOGA
Unify body, mind, and breath for relaxation, strength, flexibility. Suitable for all levels, emphasizes alignment, balance, and mindfulness.
BOOTY & CORE
With light weights and controlled movements, lengthen and tone your glutes and improve your core strength.
YOGA (kids)
Breathing, poses, games, stories, music, relaxation, meditation, fine and gross motor skills, social and group skills and begin to learn mindfulness will be practiced in this class.
HIIT PILATES
A combination of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Pilates. Performing short bursts of intense activity which effectively work the entire body.
PILATES MAT
Dynamic full-body, Pilates workout enhances flexibility, strength, and posture. Suitable for all levels, targeting lean muscles without bulk.
AERIAL YOGA (Adults)
The practice of yoga with a hammock suspended off the ground. Intended to assist alignment, deepen awareness and provide immediate benefits of spinal decompression.
STRETCHING & MOBILITY
Perfect combo for more than just being flexible. Done regularly this class can increase your range of motion, relieve tight muscles, ensure good posture, proper athletic form and even prevent injury.
AERIAL YOGA (kids)
Kids will learn how to use aerial hammocks for mindful movement. This class incorporates basic aerial poses that help build strength and focus as we relax and play in the silk hammocks.
BREATH WORK
Helps to bring balance to your body. Alkalizing your blood PH, has anti-inflammatory effect, elevates your mood, has a positive impact on your central nervous system. Breathwork is a way to improve physical and mental health.
PILATES MAGIC RING
Provides resistance in an exercise. This prop is integrated to support or/and challenge you during exercises. This means it is usually used under gentle tension to active muscles.
